When it comes to showing off your movies, you don’t want to be restricted to a laptop or desktop. To show them off to their fullest (or smallest), you need to be able convert videos into files suitable for specific types of devices.
Windows doesn't come with anything out of the box (unless you’re using Windows Vista, in which case DVD Maker will do the job), so you’ll need to download software to do this.
